๐ˆ๐ง๐ž๐ณ ๐‘๐ข๐›๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ was the Beverage Director for Windows on the World (a restaurant in the World Trade Center) at the time of 9/11. She and (her now husband), Stephen, both survived the horrific tragedy, but lost their jobs and were forced to reassess their careers. Against their familiesโ€™ advice, they decided to open up their own restaurant in Inezโ€™s hometown, and in 2022, they marked 20 years of successful restauranteering with Tarboro Brewing Companyย  (@tarborobrewingcompany).

Join us for this weekโ€™s episode of Female Founder Friday to hear Inezโ€™s heartwarming story of faith and perseverance. Inez offers advice on how to have those difficult conversations in your career, and as a leader, how to be able to adapt and delegate appropriately to meet the needs of your team and your business.
