Freeze happens: especially when we are confronted with an I-can't, or an I-don't-know.
In time, you'll begin to notice when you are moving through freeze, and what it looks and feels like in your experience. It might feel like walking through molasses, or like a heavy-limbed feeling. It might feel like confusion, procrastination, or self-doubt.
Here's where body awareness and somatic practices come in. Start here: drop your shoulders. Relax the muscles in your face. Wiggle your toes. Touch your face. Come back to yourself.
Freeze is funny because the mind says that nothing you do will ever be enough. That's not true. Small works. Slow works. Let's practice together.
