Time can be collapsed, stretched, and morphed through our perception. Psychologist Gay Hendricks calls this phenomenon Einstein Time. He talks about the idea in his book, The Big Leap.
In this episode, I talk a bit about the concept of Einstein Time, how I struggled with it, and how it finally clicked for me after learning somatic practices.
