Tina is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in the automotive and lumber/building materials industries. With over a decade of experience at Manufacturers Reserve Supply (MRS), Tina has consistently driven strategic growth and innovation.
Beginning her career at ADESA, Tina played a pivotal role in pioneering online car sales in the United States, traveling extensively to share her expertise with car auctions across North America. Transitioning to MRS in 2006, Tina quickly rose through the ranks from Sales Manager to General Sales Manager and Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Under her leadership, MRS experienced unprecedented growth, transforming from a relationship-based sales force to a consultative, high-performing team.
Tina's commitment to professional development is evident in her educational achievements. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master's in Psychology, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Development, both from Purdue University. Tina's passion for learning extends beyond her own advancement; she is dedicated to utilizing her education to strategically grow MRS and empower her team.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Tina aspires to share her knowledge and experience as an adjunct professor, nurturing the next generation of leaders in industrial and organizational psychology.
