They're not distractions—they're facilitators helping both you and communicating spirits deliver healing messages more effectively.
The most important thing is finding what works for you rather than following arbitrary rules that create anxiety and self-doubt. There's no single "right way" to practice mediumship—only the ethical way that honors the truth of the messages you receive and serves your clients' highest good. Trust your process, use your spiritual resources wisely, and remember why you've been given these incredible connections in the first place.
