Which is why it is so important for college students to take full advantage of thanksgiving break. During Thanksgiving break, participate in the 3 R's; Relaxation to help your stress levels go down after a busy semester; recharging to prepare for the final push to the end of the semester; resetting to realign yourself with your semester goals. Lily leaves you with a challenge to disconnect for two days, and solely focus on spending time with your family. Don't think about school, don't touch your computer, just disconnect.
