In this mini solo episode, we dive deep into the topic of comparison, or what I like to call 'comparisonitis.' As women, we often find ourselves comparing our progress, appearance, or achievements to others, particularly in the gym and on social media. Sharing a personal story from my own gym experience, I highlight the importance of focusing on our unique journey and practicing self-love. We discuss strategies to manage negative comparisons, such as visualizing a red flag, embracing gratitude, and decluttering our social media feeds. Remember, positive comparisons can inspire and motivate us, but it's crucial to recognize and eliminate those that don't serve us.
