Its our first Turdisode! (aka minisode) but actually not mini at all because we don't know how to shut up. 

This week we’re skipping the meditation apps and diving into the real ways we soothe our anxious little ADHD brains. Its time for anxiety coping mechanisms Jess & Steph style. Forget meditation (it’s never meditation). Instead we prescribe belting out Celine Dion like we’re headlining Vegas, hosting private car concerts, melting questionable amounts of cheese on chips, exchanging gossip so spicy it should come with a Scoville rating, and sometimes just weaponizing friendship by being a little mean for one glorious second. Is it healthy? Debatable. Is it effective? Absolutely. Is it unhinged? You already know.
