We all get angry from time to time, some of us have this “Anger Monster” as I have heard it described, that lives in us that we have to keep tempered. Anger is just an elevated feeling of stress of some form, hurt, anxiety, overwhelm, this list goes on and on.

In this weeks episode, become still and locate the source of your stress and anger, we will practice some light exercises in learning to let go of your anger so that you can learn to quell the anger monster when it shows its face.
