Lauryn Girgenti did all the ‘right’ things, go to school, get good grades, get into university, get a degree (in her case she got two bachelor's and a master's), and land a corporate job. Registering as a Psychologist, she spent 10+ years building a corporate career as a Human Capital Consultant only to realize that doing all the right things is neither a guarantee of success nor happiness. This was the inflection point and catalyst for radical change in both her life and career, including founding her own company Laurintium, where she supports emerging to mid-career professionals to find more freedom, fulfillment, and purpose by re-defining their careers and unleashing their potential.
