Being intentional about where you place your attention will help you grow every day and will change your life. To move your life forward and make progress every day, be intentional about what is important to you, and then put your attention, also known as focus there, and then take actions on those things. It truly is that simple.
Being intentional helps you become more present and achieve bigger and better goals in your business and life. When you are intentional, you bring a clear purpose, structure, and positive mindset to your day and to those that you care about
Being intentional means having the ability to see results in the future that, if you achieve them, will make things bigger and better for yourself, your business, and your life.
Having an intentional focus is a way of thinking about your business and life that’s committed, purposeful, and deliberate. When you are intentional with your attention, you choose to make decisions and take action on what’s important to you.
You intentionally set your attention to achieve a specific outcome or result in the future that is important to you. This could be a goal you want to achieve or something you want to have in your life, the time you want to spend with your kiddos, or hell, just more free time for yourself mama!
You then move forward with intentional attention, every day towards achieving the result or outcome you want. Being intentional increases your focus on what’s most important to you.
Set weekly and daily goals to get to where you want to be!
Example: hiring two new people to offload 75% of my daily task work! Sure it is more work now, but I can see the future and it’s exciting and aligned up with my greater intention of building this ladies’ community and spending more valuable time with my kiddos!
Being an intentional person means everything you do is done with a clear purpose and focus. When you become intentional about your attention, you focus your time and energy on your strengths, and the good things in your life, and don’t let fear hold you back.
Intentional people are action-orientated and have an unbreakable determination and ox-like mindset to accomplish what they’ve set out to achieve. To become more intentional, it’s important to be self-aware, say no more than you say yes, and practice gratitude.
With intentionality, you appreciate more and practice gratitude for the things that matter most in your life. When you are intentional, you set better boundaries around your time and the areas of your life that are important.
When you are intentional about your attention, you focus on abundance.
