Today is just a chic chat about a few different topics:
- How to get into a room of badasses (even when you feel like you don't belong!) BTW - that though is bullshit!
- How to stop underestimating your boldness and lean way the fuck into it!
- How to never make yourself SMALLER! People need YOU just the way you are!
- Being brave enough to get together with women who are different than you to make you better!
- If you have a big goal to serve, there are people that are waiting for YOU!
- YOU have the power to serve certain people - ONLY YOU!
- Your experience doesn't have to be pretty to proud of! Be proud of the messy shit - it makes you more credible.
- Be proud that you changed your family tree! Be proud that you are showing your children what is possible!
- KNOW WHO THE HELL YOU ARE! Get rid of those voices in your head.
- Stop the comparison with your life and other's highlight reel. You may be in chapter 5 and they are in chapter 12. Plus - they may just be full of shit in the first place! Just because you follow them, doesn't mean that you know them!
- Lets make it normal for our daughters to see that being a bold, unapologetically woman is a powerful thing - not a terrifying thing.
- We don't have to choose being a mom or an entrepreneur - we can smash them both!
- We all struggle with things in our business - lean in to them and learn! It's ok for us to suck at something. I'm learning to love and embrace the suck! It means that I am growing!

- Learn that making a difference for one person, is SUCCESS!
- We have to start talking about the shit we struggle with and we have to start celebrating our accomplishments. We deserve it! We are kickin' ass!
- To the right people, your accomplishments make people know it is possible. To the wrong people, your accomplishments will make them small, those people aren't your people!
- Journal about compliments, your achievements, as little or large! Be proud of them! Make a list of shit you are proud of and post them where you can see it all the time!
- Take goals as serious as your work, taking care of your kids, or loving your husband - because non of that shit matters if you don't love yourself!
