Description

Grief is like an itchy sweater that you can’t take off.

Sometimes it’s the only thing we can think about. Sometimes we get distracted by life and it becomes a dull sensation in the background or disappears all together. Until we get triggered and reminded of a memory..

In this episode we explore grief, bravery, forgiveness and gratitude. You’re gonna love it :)

And if you’re navigating a big change right now or seeking tools to process grief from previous events, I’m hosting a workshop with Rooted Woodland “Grief, Grace + Gratitude” on Nov 9 in the Blue Mountains:https://ediegudaitiswellness.com/schedule/

And if you’re not in the GTA, please check out my online program, Journey Through Grief. It includes breathing practices and somatic release tools to help you process grief so you feel more integrated and at ease: https://edie-gudaitis-wellness.mykajabi.com/offers/h2hLngJQ/checkout
