Samantha MacKinnon left the corporate construction world (aka long days, no boundaries, and extended driving to on-site projects) to enter entrepreneurship and create a better work/life balance for when she did start a family. Now in her business, Sam supports other small businesses and entrepreneurs through systems strategy and management. Sam works with coaches, creatives, and other service providers to craft an end-to-end strategy to make the leap from small and scarce to scaled and thriving.
Sam is also a wife (spoiler alert—not a forbidden workplace romance but regular ol’ high school sweethearts) and a mother of a 1.5 year-old boy.
