We have a little challenge for you this weekend! Go for a 2 mile RUCK! This is simply a weighted walk. Throw some books in a backpack, or a dumbbell (wrapped in a towel) in a backpack, put on a podcast, and go for a stroll. A 2 mile weighted walk will make you feel so great, and you'll be so glad that you did this!
