My mindfulness practice 1st started way back when in high school swimming when we would do progressive muscle relaxation and visualization practices before meets. I loved it and it sparked my interest in mindfulness since then it’s been a way of life well up until having my babies. Somehow when I needed it most I seemed to have forgotten it in the midst of my own postpartum depression.
