Description

Rocco Carlino is a man on a mission to help Attleboro High School students who share a similar dream as his son.

Rocco's son, Nilito, tragically died in a car crash in 2019. The soon-to-be sophomore at Johnson & Wales, had a dream of becoming a chef. Nilito was studying culinary arts and business management.

After the crash, Nilito's father, Rocco, turned the tragedy into something inspiring and amazing by creating the Nilito Carlino Foundation - which helps raise money for scholarships for Attleboro High School students.

There is a big event happening Sunday, Oct. 6th at Highland Park in Attleboro. It is the 4th Annual Nilito Carlino Foundation 5K Run & Fitness Walk.

Money raised will go toward those scholarships for Attleboro High School students.

If you can't make the race, but would like to make a donation, here is the link to do so.
