Ryan Kerrigan was a 4-time NFL All-Pro Player who currently sits #51 on the NFL All-Time Career Sacks list with 95.5. He was named to the 2011 NFL All-Rookie Team and went on to make 4 Pro Bowls. Ryan will begin his 3rd Season as the Assistant Linebackers Coach for the Washington Commanders in the 2024-25 season.
I was excited to talk to Ryan about transitioning from professional player to professional coach, and it was great to hear how much he has learned about himself, the game, and leading those same guys he used to suit up and play with on Sundays for 10-years. It was a great conversation with a great human being. Enjoy!
