Let it all out
means to release strong emotions — usually by crying, shouting, or simply talking about what's bothering you. It’s about not bottling things up anymore.
Examples:
1- After the funeral, her sister took her hand and said, “It’s okay. Just let it all out. You don’t have to be strong right now.”
2- During therapy, he finally let it all out — everything he’d been holding in since childhood.
