Work around the clock

To work around the clock means to work continuously, day and night, without stopping. It usually happens when there’s pressure, a deadline, or a crisis—and people put in nonstop effort, even if they’re tired.

Examples:

1- The hospital staff worked around the clock during the pandemic to treat patients.

2- When the famous singer is preparing for a tour, her team works around the clock—choreographers, costume designers, sound engineers—everyone!
