Katherine has provided therapeutic services to clients from as young as 3 years old to individuals in their adulthood experiencing individual, relationship, and/or family issues. Katherine encompasses a broad spectrum of clinical experience to include managing depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. Additionally, she has experience doing inner child work as well as couples therapy through the Gottman method. Katherine also has a full understanding of domestic violence and crisis management.
Katherine has taken pride in administering an art group for children and adults. With this work, she has noted that it helps the individual to process any other mental health disorders such as depression, substance abuse, and anger management. With compassion and dedication, Katherine will always provide an environment that is safe, relaxing and down to earth in any therapeutic approach. This relatable environment infused with warmth and humor allows for a collaborative effort in seeing positive changes.
