Description

Today, we continue the conversation with someone shifting the landscape of what it is to be a woman in business.  We loved her on the show last year and now she is back!  Transcending her “Marketing Mentoring” Agency Basic Bananas, based out of Sydney, Australia, Franziska Iseli is creating movements like “Moments of Humanity” and writing books like “The Courage Map” exalted by the world’s most well-known adventurer Sir Richard Branson! In a sneak peak into this guide to Courage, she writes “Courage is your best ally in helping you live your life fully. Courage supports you as you face meaningful challenges in life, make better decisions, and stay true to yourself when you’re tempted to give in.” She goes on to specify: “Everyone has plenty of ideas and dreams to live an exceptional life. What some of us lack is the courage to turn those ideas into reality and pursue our dreams with gusto.” This is why her book details how to EXPAND YOUR COURAGE BOUNDARIES!

You can see why we brought her back to the show – she clearly has a story to share and lessons to bestow on us all.

Franziska…as promised, here we are on Take 2 of having you light us up on the show…

The Goods on Franziska:

Franziska is a maverick entrepreneur, leading marketing strategist, mad adventurer, author and the co-founder BasicBananas.com, Oceanlovers.com, MomentsofHumanity.com, TheBusinessHood.com and SaltyLipsBand.com
In 2013 Franziska was awarded the NSW Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award recognising her innovation, creativity and philanthropic involvement.

A Swiss born Australian (or Swaussie) and a true visionary, no challenge seems to be too big for Franziska. She is known for her rebellious nature and doing things a bit differently. She has this rare combination of being both extremely strategic and creative, which makes her a powerful thought leader in the business world.

Franziska is the author of the bestselling book Perception and Bananas About Marketing and is regularly featured across the media including Forbes, Inc., Cosmopolitan, The Age, SmartCompany, Marie-Claire, BRW, 2UE, Channel 9.

The key to Franziska’s success is her down-to-earth attitude, her integrity and fearlessness to take the lead. A sharp-witted humour that can bring anyone to tears (of laughter), the ability to speak five languages and a desire to have everything done yesterday ensures her businesses stay innovative.

The Podcast's 7th Season
Welcome to In the Game, a podcast where we aim to touch, move and inspire you to what's possible in life. My name is Sarah Maxwell and I am a self-proclaimed relationship engineer. Ever since I was a little girl, I was curious about how people work and how they interact with one another. With a degree in biopsychology representing my country of Canada in beach volleyball. With a degree in biopsychology representing my country of Canada in beach volleyball, retiring from sport into mindset and purpose coaching, I now spend my days running Chatta-box Media, where we aim to story-tell for brands through the medium of podcasting, all while raising an eight-year-old daughter with my partner of 24 years. We are now in season seven of this podcast, featuring a special series on women called who Knew that Was Work aimed at young women who want to broaden their horizon when it comes to career choosing.

Go deeper into the pod and discover incredible stories of changemakers who manifest their dream lives. Gain tangible tools to apply to your own life by scrolling back to that initial season where we were more workbook focused. Have a laugh when we initially were coined the Nat and Sarah show, when my five-time Olympian partner, natalie Cook, and I bantered and had loads of fun interviewing and discovering our common passion individuals who rise to the occasion in life. Okay, now it's time to dive on in to this episode.
