Be free, guilt free with your play. This is something I realize more and more each day. It’s important to slow down the cycle of constant hustle and grind and allow yourself time to play. To do something you like outside of your work. This can be by yourself or with your friends and family. You just have to make sure you prioritize this and avoid flaming out.
