Joe Leathers is a Nashville songwriter, and regardless of what he says in his social media intro's - He is a GREAT Songwriter! He has written or Co-Written hits like "Hemingways Whiskey" with cuts by Guy Clark, Kenny Chesney and Kris Kristofferson. The hit "Still" for Tim McGraw, "Save the Roses" for Lee Brice and "Tough" for Craig Morgan. Not to mention a hundred plus other cuts with major artists.
We follow Joe on social media and when we were planning our trip to Nashville we reached out and asked for an interview. He graciously agreed, and when we arrived at Curb Records on Music Row in Nashville his first question to me was " Why Me" and I simply answered back "Why Not You"!
