This is an incredibly helpful tool to prevent the buildup of negative impact for yourself as well as helping you clarify how to respond to a situation (rather than just reacting). I talk about a personal conflict situation and how I apply this framework to resolve negative thought patterns and figure out a plan for moving forward. This will help you to apply the tools to your own situation and, hopefully, help shift things in the right direction.
