Elizabeth shares a little bit about her journey from childhood, being diagnosed with scoliosis to the birth and creation of her business, Fusion Stretch and Wellness. Literally having a curvy spine, she has taken the path less traveled with winds and twists. She talks about breaking all the bull-shit rules that society places on us and how she just keep going standing in her truth. Having grown up in a traditional home with traditional values, the messages about graduating high school, followed by a four year degree, marriage and kids to follow were embedded in her mind. However, during her 6th year at University of Louisville, she was unwed and pregnant, will without a degree. She shares snippets of her story, how she embraced the unapologetic circumstances of her life, and continued moving forward despite making lifestyle choices that were considered counterintuitive to the mainstream culture.
