We all have goals and dreams, but sometimes they don't happen on our timetable. We can experience failure on our way to victory. We feel defeat before we arrive at the destination. In this episode, Cherish and I talk about not giving up even when it doesn't look like you'll ever reach the finish line. Cherish discusses family life and the different hats she wears. Although she manages those hats, she still has personal dreams and aspirations. One of her main goals is to practice law. At the time of this interview, Cherish was preparing to take the Alabama Bar Exam. Since this interview, she has PASSED the Bar Exam. Cherish talks about wanting to fulfill the purpose God has given her and her determination to do what God has called her to do. She reminds us that the devil works overtime to distract us. You have to be intentional about pursuing your calling without putting God in a box. Cherish unpacks failure and how to overcome failure. She highlights how the Holy Spirit has led her through tough times. Her faith has fueled her to trust in God even when it didn't make sense. Be inspired to keep going when it gets hard!
