Life can sometimes really throw you a curve ball. There may be moments or even seasons where you feel overwhelmed. But, having community is very healthy. 3) Writing Scriptures - Allows you to really consider the words and mediate on them. 4) Sing - Taking time to sing out worship to God, gets our focus off of our problems and puts it on God.
