Ande Lyons is on a mission which can be summed up in the title of her podcast: Don't Be Caged by Your Age. Ande's background in business as a 4x business founder and global startup mentor eventually led her to her current role as a podcast creator and host of a monthly podcast gathering. She saw many examples of ageism in the business world and found a way at age 66 to nervously proclaim her age. She wanted to show the world that you can still be a vibrant, connected and contributing person at this age.
Ande wants to bring examples of ageism out in the light so they can be changed and help others learn to live a fantastic life. She even calls out Kim about a familiar phrase that actually is ageist. How many times have you said "age is just a number?" Make sure you listen to learn why that is not a phrase we should be saying.
