Listen as I talk with Eve, and we discuss hope, fun, and singing!
Eve Stanway is a divorce and breakup coach, psychotherapist, author, and speaker who believes that part of hope is having the courage to speak when it feels impossible. Her work focuses on helping people find the words they need when they feel most overwhelmed, especially during times of heartbreak, conflict, or deep change.
As the author of Conversations at the Shoreline: Dare to Speak to Navigate Life’s Toughest Conversations with Confidence and Clarity, Eve brings compassion and practical insight to the moments we often dread – the conversations that keep us up at night, the silences that stretch too long, the truths we are afraid to tell.
She has guided hundreds of individuals and couples through the emotional and practical realities of separation, co-parenting, rebuilding, and reconnection. Her approach is rooted in lived experience, professional training, and an unwavering belief that speaking the truth – even when it shakes the ground beneath us – is how we begin to heal.
Eve is currently inviting people to her free three-day challenge, Dare to Speak, running from the 4th to the 6th of August at 10am each morning. If you know there is a conversation you need to have – with a partner, a child, a colleague or yourself – this challenge will give you the tools, structure, and confidence to begin.

Because finding your voice is not just about communication. It is about hope.
