In this third episode, I explain what our intentions are for The Chronicles Of Hope.
My daughter, Heather, and I have written three missions, which I explain during the episode:
1. Provide emotional and financial support for young adults, whose parent has been diagnosed with a life limiting illness.
2. Facilitate memory making experiences for these young adults and their families
3. Host social events to help people connect and feel less alone during challenging times.
