As a former people-pleaser, consumed with anxiety, feeling uninspired and lost, Niki broke free from a previous narcissistic marriage, and after the traumatic death of her mum, decided life was too short to give a shit about the thoughts of people who didn't matter.
Niki began her own healing journey, got sober, retrained in holistic healing, and made it her mission to help as many women as she could
