Description

The best way to avoid postpartem depression is by taking a few steps way waaaay back to focus on yourself and your family.  Now the mom of an infant--and host of this podcast on overcoming depression--I feel a strong obligation (and desire) to maintain and strengthen my mental health during this major time of trasnsition so that I practice what I preach!
