This week, I’m celebrating five years of OsteoStrong San Jose! Achieving this milestone now after having opened just days before the pandemic, I'm thinking today about how this is a journey that has shaped me into a stronger entrepreneur and more fully realized version of who I am today.

I'm talking about the highs, the lows, and the lessons learned about resilience, vision, and perseverance. This week, I dare you to stick with it—whatever your “it” is. Keep going.
