In the season 1 finale of The Dietitian Cafe, Harriet is joined by Louise Symington.Louise is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Food Sustainability. Louise's earlier career was spent in clinical and public health nutrition. Since completing her Masters in 2010 she has worked for charities such as The National Trust and Sustain, guiding and developing sustainable food policies and initiatives. Louise has been a guest lecturer at London Metropolitan University and was on the advisory panel for DEFRA’s Green Food Project. Louise now works freelance providing nutritional advice to individuals and food companies.
