In this episode Harriet is joined by registered dietitians Emily Stuart and Declan Henderson. Both Declan and Emily work for Apetito, a company that manufactures and provides meals for a range of organisations including hospitals, care homes, schools and nurseries. Apetito also own popular meal delivery service, Wiltshire farm foods.Emily graduated as a dietitian back in 2013 and has since enjoyed several years in clinical practice, in a number of specialties; later moving into industry as Company Dietitian for Apetito and Wiltshire Farm Foods. Emily is involved in a lot of training, where she provides teaching for university students, internal colleagues and other professionals about what they do at Apetito and Wiltshire Farm Foods.Declan has worked at Apetito UK since graduating from the University of Surrey in 2018 and most recently as Category Development Manager for Specialist Nutrition. Declan takes extreme pride in managing their texture modified ranges across Wiltshire Farm Foods, Care Homes and Healthcare helping those with swallowing difficulties to dine with dignity.
