I am officially becoming one of those people that raves about waking up early in the morning to help boost my productivity. As a self imposed night owl the though of waking up at 6:30am would fill me with dread but we are currently on day 3 of 30 and if I continue to see this many changes to my life I have a feeling this habit is around to stick.
