This podcast is a love child and a by-product of my memoir, Sex, Drugs, & Soul. And since the story in that book ended in 2019, I’ve experienced a lot of growth and insights that I’d love to share... as well as continue to grow and explore my curiosity within the realms of Sex...Drugs...Soul.
Writing the book strengthened my self-connection, ignited intimacy with myself, and evolved my creative, spiritual, and sexual expression. For years, I felt like I had to separate or choose the spiritual life or human experiences I enjoyed that didn’t seem to be one and of the same thing at the time.
I believe we can have a playful and fulfilling human adventure and an expansive soul-growth experience. On this pod, I intend to empower expression, heal sexual shame, and integrate sexuality with spirituality by sharing vulnerable solo and collaborative conversations.
