Description

Our ability to pay attention is collapsing. In the U.S. teenagers can focus on one task for only 65 seconds at a time, and office workers average only three minutes. You’re probably struggling to focus, too. Maybe you’ve blamed yourself or chalked it up to aging.  Maybe you’ve made a joke of the whole thing and just called it “Mom Brain.” This is Part 2 of our Make Social Media Small series, and today we are talking about how social media has stolen our ability to focus and what we can do about it today. Listen in.
