Last week, the rain finally arrived and began feeding our very dry land.
But growth doesn't happen overnight.
This week I'm heading back outside and looking a little closer at what's quietly changing and reflecting on how often we miss our own growth because we're waiting for a dramatic transformation.
Sometimes we need to look back, not because we're going backwards, but because it helps us see how far we've already travelled.
