It all started with a previous small trauma that triggered a snowball effect, leading to panic attacks and anxiety, feeling like I was slowly witnessing a car accident unfold before me.
As someone who helps others with self-awareness, I knew what I needed to do, but I had to take the leap and make changes to support this transformation. The first step was asking for help, breaking the fear of feeling and diving into somatic practices to regulate my nervous system.
