Thomas Legal is a niche conveyancing firm based in Gloucestershire and London, which predominantly transacts in the middle to upper end of the property market, including prime central London. Equilaw, on the other hand, advises clients in the specialist later life lending space and is the largest in the UK.
Simon has worked in both estate agency and financial services before retraining as a lawyer.
His businesses attracted a very substantial Private Equity investment in 2019.
He currently sits on the Law Society Council representing Gloucestershire and Wiltshire and spends his spare time mentoring other business owners and young people, as well as fundraising for his charity in Sierra Leone that he runs with his wife.
