In August 2012, his father died of a condition related to undiagnosed Type 2 Diabetes. In the 3 weeks that followed, he was diagnosed with the disease. This, combined with high cholesterol and high blood pressure, was nothing short of life-threatening.

It placed him on a journey of personal health improvement, becoming a qualified nutritionist and pursuing his passion for helping people improve their diet and health - specifically reversing Type 2 Diabetes.

In January 2020, he penned a book. This journey of discovery led him to believe that it would not only help others but also that it was, in fact, written for his father. Neil D'Silva joins me today to talk about his new book on type 2 Diabetes.
