In this episode Her Majesty, Queen Bee and Your Uncle Owl talk about the Socratic Approach to Homeschooling. The Socratic Approach is not a curriculum or a method. It is a mindset on how to approach educating your children starting with their development as a human. There are 4 stages to this approach.
Stage 1 - 0-8 years old. Development of character, basic math and literacy.
Stage 2 - 8-12 years old. Discipline over their body.
Stage 3 - 10-15 years old. Choosing their interests. Geeking out on a topic/hobby.
Stage 4 - 12-18 years old. They can learn everything that they "need" to know. Such as advanced math.
