I've noticed "Stan" (not his real name) at one of the businesses I visit frequently. He's there often. Still in the same role. He's been a mainstay for years.
It's an entry level job.
Surely Stan has some skills that would allow him to advance. To promote. To become a more productive member of the team.
Yet, he's still there on the front lines.
Don't be like Stan. Take some initiative. Be a little adventurous in your career. You can do more than the entry level.
