This week I sit down with Athena Simpson, productivity and high-performance business coach.

Athena specializes in brand strategy and high-performance implementation. After having a total life and health transformation in 2019, which included giving up booze and losing nearly 50 lbs, Athena left her previous life and business in London to travel the world, pursue her passions, and create more time freedom for herself.

Today, Athena lives in Austin Texas as an entrepreneur, coach, and lecturer at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin. She also created the Cycle Hacking Method™, which helps women live & work optimally within their 28-day natural cycle.
