For the past 27 years he has been responsible for the administration of classes and cerimonies for the African American Community in Philadelphia, Trenton, NJ. and Pittsburgh, Pa. Throughout this period he has trained and supervised over 30 priesthood membersdeveloping variouslevels of proficiency.
