Nader Safinya is known as The Culture Branding Guy, who helps companies become disruptive people-first culture brands by bridging the gap between internal culture and external brand identity. Through his agency Blackribbit, he's developed a unique dual-strategy approach that designs customer and employer brands simultaneously, creating cohesive organizations that put quality of life above just selling products and services.

Growing up internationally before settling in the US, Nader's diverse background and experiences in design and marketing shaped his unique approach to brand strategy. After founding Blackribbit, he's made it his mission to change society's relationship with the workplace by bringing cool jobs to cool people - stating that there are far more cool people than cool jobs, and he's here to narrow that gap.
