Welcome to Being and Becoming.
This episode is one of the most personal I’ve shared. I talk about discovering I had ADHD at 22, how it completely shifted the way I see myself and helped me understand so many parts of my past. What once felt like chaos started to make sense, and I began to see how I’d already built small systems to support myself long before I even knew why I needed them.
I share what ADHD really looks like for me; the messy, creative, overstimulated, beautiful parts and how I’ve learned to work with my brain instead of against it. My hope is that it helps you feel less alone in your own journey and reminds you that you don’t need to fix yourself, just understand yourself a little more gently. ❤️
