Greetings, Summit Leaders.

What type of leader do you want to become?

Usually, we think about the people who made the most significant impact on our lives. They are the ones who believed in us, encouraged us, and inspired us to seek to do more extraordinary things with our lives.

I remember the leaders who encouraged me when feelings of insecurity and inadequacy attacked my thinking.

Our conversations left me feeling like I could accomplish more and that I was capable of more than I believed possible.

The beautiful thing about abundant life leadership is the emphasis on the value of a person.

Have you encountered someone on your journey who made you feel valued as a person? Seek to become a leader with compassion, empathy, understanding, and caring for those you lead.

Remember, leadership is not merely a title but a place of influence that someone can positively impact others' lives.

You are a valuable member of a team. Great leaders inspire loyalty because of their commitment to the people they serve and lead. Everyone knows when you are committed to their success. It's intuitive.

Great leaders emerge at just the right time and place to impact and lift a person, company, family, and nation. Through their enthusiasm, commitment, and optimism, they motivate us to do better.

Think about the leader who inspires you the most. The first thought is one of trust. Trust is so hard to gain and so easily lost. We emphasize trust and personal responsibility in all our relationships as a practice to follow.

Someone once said that leaders are brokers of hope. They are optimistic about the outcomes and outlook for the future.

Their optimism encourages us to believe that all things are possible. Every organization and family needs abundant life leadership.

Lead by example, emulate the qualities you see in others, affirm them, and practice them with sincerity.

Wherever you find yourself, you can become the caliber of leader that people trust and admire because you see them and desire the best for them.

People are attracted to companies, teams, and families when abundant life leadership is the emphasis. It creates a culture for winning in life and career.

"To succeed in life and achieve results, you must understand and master three mighty forces - desire, belief, and expectation. Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam

"If you want a successful business, your people must feel that you are working for them, not that they are working for you." Sam Walton

Let's make it our focus to be abundant life leaders!
